Activity 2: Lord of the Rings
Arguably one of the most famous movie trilogies of all time, The Lord of the Rings, was filmed in New Zealand. All three movies were directed by a New Zealander named Peter Jackson. The first movie was released in 2001, the second in 2002 and the third in 2003. The movies cost an estimated $300 million to produce!
Imagine that instead of spending the money on the movies, Peter Jackson decided to give all of this money to you. Lucky you! On your blog, tell us what you would do with $300 million dollars. How would you spend it? It is a lot of money so please think carefully about it and spend it wisely :-)
First I would buy a house. Secondly I would spend my money on food then I will get a job so I can have more money.Thirdly I would get my driver licence Then I would save up for a low rider with hydraulics.I would buy an x box one.If I have any money left then I would buy me a little treat. Then When I make more money I would go overseas. Then I would save the rest of my money in case it is someone's birthday or Christmas or Halloween or Easter any of does cases that is why I saved up.

Ka pai for finishing this activity and for telling us all of the creative ways you would spend $300 million. It seems like quite a popular answer to this activity is that everyone would buy himself or herself a house! Great choice. I'm intrigued as to why you don't think you'll have enough money after your purchases? $300 million is a lot of money; you would never have to work ever again!
However, I admire you for saying you would work. I’m impressed that you understand the importance of saving your money.
I also love that you'd buy a lowrider with hydraulics.
Have you seen a lowrider out and about before?
I look forward to your reply!
Cheers,
Jordan.
